Charlie as Principal of Ugarte & Associates has over 27 years of successful projects in SW Florida with the majority in Manatee County.   The firm’s longevity can be attributed to the simple philosophy of listening to our clients needs and then producing functional and durable architectural design. Charlie has extensive experience with metal buildings and in 2004 designed a new 32,000SF Gymnasium for the Palmetto Christian School. Charlie as Principal has an active role on all projects.
